Amazon - Kindle Review

I purchased the Amazon Kindle for my mother for her birthday. She has a hard time reading pocketbooks because of the text size. Despite using reading glasses, she often gets a headache. I thought the Kindle, with its adjustable font size would allow her to read for pleasure again.

I was really impressed with its size and weight. It feels good in one's hands. My mother was really impressed with the reading aloud feature. She was excited to have it read to her. I personally think it sounds like a robot reading, but she doesn't seem to mind. She's only had it for about a month, but so far she seems to enjoy the Kindle.

I also really like how easy it is to purchase new books. It's a bit annoying that you have to get the books from Amazon.com, but you can't beat the convenience.

Overall, we're happy with our purchase!
