Amana Refrigerator Review

We don't have this particular model, but our 7-year old Amana  BB20V1S (19 cu ft, bottom freezer, stainless, cabinet depth) is a piece of junk.  It's never worked well. The condenser went out within the first year (fortunately was still on warranty).  It periodically just decides not to cool.  The fit of the interior parts (shelves, drawers) is crummy.  The repair man said "Amana used to be something special but it isn't any more."  Newer models might be better but we'll never buy Amana again.
