Always ultra thin pads with flexible wings are so comfortable and flexible. Other pads I have used in the past always caused irritation, always ripped and never stayed in place. These pads have super flexible wings, so they don't end up tearing, they even stay put when I do my aerobics.

first pads I have tried, the ones I have still stayed faithful to. very absorbent,. stay in place and very reliable. best pad out there in my opinion and would definitely recommend. I like the comfort and the security it offers to me on my period days, and I can use them for both light and heavy leak days.

I've tried nearly every brand of pad out there over the years, and the Always Ultra Thin with Flexi Wings rank among the best available. My two daughters are now using pads too, and they are lucky they don't have to experience the pads I grew up with that felt like you were wearing a diaper! The things we all like about these pads are the thinness, which makes you hardly notice you are wearing it, and the wings, which keep the sides of your panties protected. While no pad will keep you completely free from leaks, Always Ultra Thin Pads are long enough that they cover all the crucial areas...if you place them correctly. Another good thing about the pads is that they have plenty of sticky adhesive on the underside to keep them attached where they belong. Pads of the old days rarely stayed in place, but you don't have that problem with Always. We will continue to try new brands/styles as they develop, but I think we will always go back to our favorite, Always.

I've been using Always Slender Ultra with wings for years and they work great. I have no complaints about absorbency, fit, or leaks. But for years I've been getting rashes from this product and had no idea why. I recently visited my OBGYN and during conversation she mentioned that I should never use Always as they have so much plastic in them that they cause irritation, especially for women prone to rashes, irritation, and yeast infections. I stopped using them about 3 months ago and have been rash-free since. All this time I thought the problem was my own body, but it's the plethora of non-breathable materials. Your mileage may vary. They do work really well but I'm not willing to endure the rash anymore.

I used these as tampon backup with Playtex Gentle Glide (I experienced a ton of leaks and needed something more than just a pantyliner, but not a full on pad either). They worked great! I'm sure they would be great for a smaller framed girl for regular period protection :)

i like these pads in a back up situation. they have great leak protection and stay in place also leave me feeling dry. But something about the top layer make me feel a little iffy, maybe i have an allergy or something because after using this product the top of my thighs where my thighs and pelvic region meet tends to itch. Also the pads tend to stick to my skin and sometimes do bunch up in my undergarments. Other than those few minor problems i do like the product.

I just love all of always pads. They are the only brand that I can use that will not give me any problems of any kind. i love how they are o so thin and they fit right inside on the panty line of your underwear. Unlike other brands I have to go through too many pads  just to be satisfied. With always all I have to use is 1 pad until I have to change it again. I love th way they were designed. The thin design makes them so comfortable. When I wear one of these pads I am very confident that I will not have a leakage. when i wear other brands I have to keep checking myself to make sure I dont have any leakage or spotting every hour up until the time I have to change to a clean pad. I love the fact that I can just keep one in my back pocket. They are that thin. I like the fact that they go up to different stages of your flow. i like a pad that can stay consistent with its design and have different stages of flows. I like the overnight ones. I also love the fact that they have wings. To me pads with wings are more secure than pads that don't have wings.

Always Clean Regular/Normal Ultra Pads/ Wings 16 Pads/ pack, 12 ea are very good. I normally don't buy the Always brand. I wanted to try something new and bought these. I really like them because they have the clean packet with the pads. These a very convenient to carry in your purse or pocket. They stay in place and I haven't experienced any leaks. They can be a bit more expensive than the other brands. I just wait for a sale and use a coupon to save money. I like the wings on the side as it gives me more protection than without the wings. Always is a name brand that i think I will buy more of. It's a good company. I will not buy store brands for sanitary pads as I don't trust that they would provide the protection I need. I don't really care for the scented brands as I don't know if that would cause irritation. The Always Ultra Pads with wings is a product that I will be buying again. I like the convenience of this product.

These are truly my favorite pads to use at "that time of the month". I love the wings feature and the feel thinner while you are wearing them, but still absorb as well as the old thick ones. I can also find coupons on them regularly and usually can match them with a sell so that I get a great price. I love to stock up so I'm never afraid of running out at a very inconvenient time!
