Although I tend to favor the original peppermint flavored Altoids (which have changed little since 1780), I do, on occasion, try other flavors, including Altoids Cinnamon.

The Cinnamon flavored Altoids come in a variety of tins, but more often than not they are packed in red-and-gold tins that distinguish them from other flavors.

Ingredients-wise (and no, I'm not going to list them all!), this flavor variant contains the same ones as the Peppermint Altoids, except for two key ingredients, cinnamon oil and Red 40 lake.

these altoids are DEFINITELY strong, but it does not make me shy away from them. in fact, i LOVE how it clears my sinuses! I feel like there are very few "genuine" mints out there. and it's comforting to know that they use real sugar instead of those unhealthy substitutes. THEY ARE HIGHLY ADDICTING! :)

Altoids are so strong, that they'll clear a stuffy nose.  Now they even come in different flavors.
