AlternaVites Quick Dissolving Vitamins are the perfect solution for anyone who does not like to swallow big pills. That can be the worst part of taking a vitamin...the size of the pill. They are often large and difficult to swallow, and sometimes they get stuck on the way down. With this powder, there are none of those problems. You just take it with some water and you're done. The other problem with vitamin pills is that they often don't completely dissolve and therefore aren't nearly as effective as they could be. Again, the powder fixes this problem. This brand is a little bit more pricey than some of the pill brands, but it's worth it if you need a vitamin supplement and can't take the giant pills. I generally use other cheaper brands, but this one works just as well as anything else and is much easier to take. I don't really believe you need to take a multivitamin every single day (you should get enough from the foods you eat), so I only take one a couple of times a week and that makes the price a little easier to deal with.
