review »Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream .01 is great. My husband's skin had turned leathery then almost like bark on his legs and arms, then started cracking. His doctor showed how to use this product, combined with Urea Cream (40%) on all the rough areas and it made a world of difference within 4 weeks of twice daily use. Expensive but very well worth it.
