We've used a lot of different makeup foundation removers over the years. The almay acrylic free eye make-up remover functions fine. I would not say it was something when i couldn't live without having but for that price it can a excellent job. This doesn't happen burn or perhaps irritate our eyes. I locate all eyesight makeup firewall removers work best in case you put a small amount on a cotton station and set the pad within the eyelid along with hold it there for just a second or so to release the makeup in order that it comes away from easier. Not that you really need to do that on this product although is because of the new waterproof makeup it can really help. I have sensitive eyes and this also does not necessarily bother them at all. Effectiveness Again we have used quite a few products over the years and this blog will not be the greatest ever nevertheless it gets the work done and it's not around price. It successful enough that you won't need to tug or perhaps pull within the eyelid to eliminate the makeup foundation. Ease people It will take off eye makeup without having tugging or perhaps pulling within the delicate eyesight area.

I bought this because it was on sale and affordable. I was kind of disappointed in it. First, when you open the bottle, it's just an open top like a water bottle. There's no squirter or anything to make it easy to deposit onto a cotton ball or something. So you end up with way too much that when I press it against my eye, it comes soaking out and gets in my eyes. Next, it doesn't even take all of my makeup off. I'll use this, wash my face, and notice there are black circles under my eyes from washing my face and the makeup running off. If you're on a budget, this stuff is okay. But if you can afford a better makeup remover, I'd say go with another kind.

I give it a one because it just didn't work. It smelled weird and just didn't do what it claimed. Effectiveness The remover didn't take off my mascara at all, no matter how much I scrubbed. Ease of Use It was easy enough to use. You just put it on a cotton ball and swipe it over your eyes. It was not easy to get the makeup off, however.

I've seen this brand of eye makeup remover recommended in several magazines, so I bought it to try. (It's one of the most recommended drugstore brands of makeup remover.) I don't think it's the best one for me. I had to really rub and scrub to get mascara off, and that was after holding the moistened cotton against my lashes for a few seconds to soak. Even though it claims to be gentle, it also stings, and my eyes would still feel dry in the morning. I would still have makeup smeared under my eyes that I had to try to clean up. I admit that I wear a ton of mascara, so this might work just fine for someone who wears minimal eye makeup. I'll be looking for a product that's less irritating to my eyes, and maybe more oily so it removes makeup better. Effectiveness Did not remove all eye makeup. Irritates my eyes. Ease of Use Just moisten a cotton ball or pad, and swipe away. Unfortunately, I had to scrub pretty hard to get makeup off.

I am currently finishing up my first full-size bottle of Almay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Liquid. I normally use an eye makeup remover liquid, but I am not that loyal to one brand. I had a coupon for this product and decided to give it a shot. To give a frame of reference for my experience, I only wear non-waterproof mascara on my top eyelashes and no other eye makeup. However, I am a mascara lover and wear a couple of good coats. I use this Almay remover on a cotton round that is fairly saturated with this liquid. I have found that it does an alright job of removing most of my mascara, but it could do better. Even after I have finished going over each eye with this, there is more mascara residue left than with other removers I have used in the past. I can't say that I would never use this again, but there are definitely other products that do a better job at removing my mascara.

This eye makeup remover works well for the price. It's not very good at getting off mascara though. I have very sensitive skin, particularly the skin on and around my eyelids. This product is good for sensitive skin. Overall it's good, but not great. It's gentle on eyelids and doesn't hurt at all when it gets in my eyes on accident which is an added bonus.

In the past, I had only used Mary Kay oil free makeup remover for my eye makeup. I was told by the "consultant" that the best kind to use for my eyes. I didn't really want to keep spending the money for the high priced remover, so I tried this Almay remover when I picked it up at my local drug store during a buy one get one half off sale. I had a coupon, so that made for an even better deal. I ended up getting four bottles for the price I would spend on one bottle of high end removers! To use the remover, I usually pour some of it onto a Kleenex or some toilet paper and wipe my eye makeup off. I hold the cloth on my eye and let the liquid soak in good before I wipe it off. That way I'm not tugging at my eye lashes and causing them distress. Sometimes it takes more than one application, especially if I have wore a lot of eyeliner of if I am using a waterproof mascara. It doesn't burn my eyes and it makes them feel soft and moisturized as well. Overall, I really like this remover and will continue to use it!

I find that Almay's eye removers do the job much better than other products on the market. That being said, I prefer the pads to the liquid. Sometimes I do buy the liquid though because it's usually cheaper. What I don't like about the liquid is that it doesn't remove as much as the make-up as I'd like it to, and it leaves my skin looking shiny. I've never heard of anyone having a reaction to this product though, so I figure it's safe to use. It does not smell bad or anything. For the price, I'd say it's a pretty good deal, especially if you are one to like using liquid make-up removers. I was impressed to discover that this product does indeed remove waterproof mascara. I always had trouble removing waterproof mascara, but Almay does the trick easily. Almay's eye make-up remover pads are even better than the liquid, if that is what you are looking for. Nevertheless, Almay is a brand that I trust.

**Almay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Liquid is really great stuff. I was getting tired of always burning my eyes with soap to get my eye makeup off. So i went to the nearest walmart and found almay eye makeup remover. It was cheap and I always love almay products. I used it for the first time and was so surprised on how awesome it worked. First off it didn't burn my eyes at all. And my makeup came off easy. It comes in a 4 fl oz bottle and you only need a little bit. It has aloe in it with cucumber and green tea as well. There is no fragrance in it either which I like. It nourishes your skin when you use it making your skin feel softer. You can wear contact lenses and it won't interfere with them. There is no oil residue after using almay makeup remover which is another great thing since I have very ooily skin. I don't need anymore oil on my face. I really do recommend this to all the ladies that need a great remover. **
