I like the Almay moisturizing eye makeup remover gel because it gently removes eye makeup, softens the skin around my eyes and is non-oily. I have dry skin on my face and eyes and I need the moisturizing. It is also safe for sensitive eyes. It even removes waterproof eye-makeup and longwearing lipcolor.

Yes, it does leave a residue. It is the consistency of Vaseline. You might not like that. I have very dry skin on my face and around my eyes so I don't mind.

This is one of the products I've been curious about. I might try it also their oil free pads. Did the gel leave any kind of residue at all?
