Almay Liquid Eyeliner —
I have tried several liquid eyeliners and this is one of the best. Easy to use wand, precision applicator and the inkwell allows you to adjust the amount of liquid you're using. The one piece pens seem to dry out or not allow enough liquid out at one time. With the Almay inkwell you just don't have that problem. I also use the inkwell for green eyes, which is a plum color, and I love that as well.
