I have always been a big fan of Almay products.  They work well and are sold at a affordable price.  Almays Intense Color Powder Shadow comes in a variet y of different colors and stay on your eye lids all day long.  Unlike some eye shadows, Almay's eye shadows show up well and are easy to apply.  If you happen to get a peice in your eye, you won't have to worry about your eyes burning in pain.  What I like the most about Almay's eye shadows is they come in colors to match your shade of eye color.  I reccommend this product to anyone because it works so well and does not drain your pocket.
