Liquid eye liners can be such a pain to put on. The brush tends to dry out in the middle of your eye lid when you are trying to get that perfect line going all the way across. I have tried so many and I think I found the one that works.  Almay Intense I-Play Up Liquid Liner.  I have no problem getting all the way across my eye lid and I love the colors they have to make your eye color pop out and say HI: Black pearl for Hazel Eyes, Brown Topaz for blue eyes, Purple Amethyst for brown eyes and Raisin Quartz for green eyes. I had fun trying them all.  I love the Black and the Raisin Quarts...
