I am somewhat skeptical about Almay's Intense I-Color line because I think eyeshadows/eyeliners/mascaras work best when matched to skin tones than to eye color, but even though I think their premise is gimmicky, this eyeshadow meant for blue eyes is nice. I think the pink highlighting color is a bit of an odd choice, but the main reason I bought this trio is because I have a hard time matching eye shadows on my own. I have green eyes, but I bought this one and one for brown eyes just because I liked the colors better. The pink highlighter is a little chalky, but the other colors blend fairly well. I find if I apply it with a brush instead of the included sponge-tip applicator, it goes on lighter and is easier to blend. Almay has made the basic shade (the one that covers your eyelid) about twice as large as the other two, so that should help all the colors last about the same amount of time.

I have bought several of the different colors in the almay intense eye color line. My eyes are blue so that was the first I bought but I have bought them for just about every eye color they have. I like the color combinations that they offer in each package. I also like that they have taken all the brain work out of the 5 minuted I have to put makeup on. As a mom of 2 toddlers I dont have time to mess with three different containers of eye shadow. They blend well and last pretty well throughout the day. If I am going somewhere at night then I usually do a touch up because it does wear off through the day. The price seems comparable to most other brands out there but several of the drugstores I shop at offer coupons frequently (hence the several colors that I ave purchased) which make them very inexpensive.  I have given a couple of them as gifts to my sisters and they have loved it too. Overall I think its a great product.

I like all of the new Almay eye shadow trios for blue eyes.  This particular trio has three great colors - a light pink, a brown and a taupe.  The colors go on well and they blend well with each other.  The thing I like about the Almay Trios for eye colors is that it is easier to pick the best color for you because you are deciding by eye color not by skin color.  Most make-ups will go by the tones in your skin, and if you are unsure exactly what skintones are the best for you then it becomes more difficult to pick the best colors for you.  With the trios all you need to know is the color of your eyes and you are good to go. This particular trio has a very large space for the highlighter color and then smaller spaces for the other two colors.  Even though I apply the highlighter first, and cover all of my eyelid with it before I put on the other colors, I have found that there is way too much of it in the case.  I will run out of the main eyelid color and have to throw the whole compact away long before I will run out of the highlighter.  I would prefer to have a larger amount of the main color to make my compact last longer for me.

I bought this eye shadow recently, and I think it is a good product, but I wasn't totally impressed with it.  I thought the colors were a little dark, but overall, I am happy with it.  I wish that they would improve of the brush though, because there are only two sides (only pad on one end), and there are three colors, so it makes it hard to apply all three colors without the applicator getting all mixed up with the shades.  I have tried one of the other combo packs for blue eyes, and I liked the colors better, but this one is pretty good also.  I think it does bring out the blue in my eyes, and complement them nicely.  This shadow lasts a long time, so I think it is a pretty good value, even though it is a little pricey to start with.  I guess my only real complaint would be with the applicator, because it drives me crazy every time I use it because I try to put two colors on one pad, but I usually end up smearing the wrong color in the wrong place, so it's annoying.

Really bring out the color of your eyes and doesn't crease! Is a little pricey but I think it's worth the money. I do believe you can get the same effect by mixing these colors of a cheaper eyeshadow but it's much easier when someone does it for you.

Wow.  I saw a difference right away when I used this eyeshadow.  I've had so many people tell me how blue my eyes are and how pretty they look when I use the Almay Intense Icolor eyeshadow.  Before, people wouldn't really know what color my eyes were or think they were brown.  My eyes are a dark blue, and the colors that Almay put in this compact makes them look much more vibrant and intense.   There's just enough shimmer to make the color look luxurious, but not enough to make it look trampy or too wet-looking. I like how easily the colors go on, and they're easy to blend.  The only minor flaw in my opinion is that there's just one applicator blush.  Um, there are three colors in this compact, can each have their own side of an applicator?  Especially since each color is pretty different.  Even with that, I'm really pleased with this eyeshadow and loved that Almay put the best shades together for my eye color.  I'm going to have a hard time using anything else since I've gotten so many compliments while using it.
