Does not remove water-proof mascara
value conscious, busy mom

I found this product to be fine for removing eye shadow.  It also removed regular mascara, although not quite as well as other products that I have used.  The label says that it will remove water-proof mascara.  I was very disappointed, though, to find that it did not remove my Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Mascara.  I will not buy this again.

Gentle and wonderful at removing highly pigmented makeups.

I'm a professional makeup artist and love how this cheap and commonly available product lightly and quickly cleans the eye area. MAC and other liners, mascaras, shadows and more are broken up by a gentle and yet super effective product.
