A rip off if your phone messes up!

    Broke promises given at local store, customer service mistakes, dont like thm, Local store workers are NO help.

My phone stopped working so I took it in and bought a new battery.  Then one month later it stopped again.  I went back to the store and they said they could not help me as I had not paid my bill.  But I had!  So I called customer service and they had posted my bill but there was a "computer problem".  So then I told them how my phone had stopped working and they said they could not send me a new one because I had not purchased phone insurance.  But--phone insurance was not even available the year I purchased my phone!  So how could I have purchased it?  I was so close to the end of my contract that I just kept paying my bill then canceled my plan before they renewed it.  They will automaticall renew you for a new contract if you do not cancel prior to your end date.

Oh dear, what a horrible experience! It makes me not want to ever use cell phones again!
