I have been a customer with Alltell for over 5 yaers now. In that time I have tried a couple other 3 other cell phone companies. The companies were Cingular (before they became the new At&t), Cellular One (before they became U.S. Cellular) & T-Mobile. These 3 companies I found many dissapointments in to include outrageous charges & bills that all of a sudden jum ped to an unusually high amt. after they had been approx. the same amt. for 3 or 4 months in a row. Alltell has never "surprised" me w/any unusual bills, charges changes, etc. I always know every month what I am getting and for how much, etc. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Any time I've ever had a question, problem, etc. I have called or went into the store had had it taken care of w/o a hassle or questions asked & it fiexed quickly. Alltel has truely given me the best deals for the best amount & with the best customer service. I will never ever again try any other cell phone company. I have also reccomended (&will continue to do so) Alltel to my friends and family. Just about every one I have done so with has switched to alltel and they are also just as satisfied as I am. Out of all my friends & family I communicate with via cell phone, @ least 95-97% of them are Alltel customers. If asked if I had any complaints with Alltel I would have to say NO, absolutely not, not even 1/2 of one not one in the last 5 + years. Am I satisfied with Alltel, Yes 100%.
