Pros

    Consistent pricing & charges, best coverage, best price, fantastic customer service

Cons
    Night minutes begins at 9 PM, I had to sign a contract

We have enjoyed being with Alltel. We have been with them for almost a year and have had hardly any trouble at all. Customer service has usually been very quick and helpful. We really like the plan we have! Being able to have 10 favorite contacts and our minutes we have not gone over our minutes one time. This was our greatest problem before we switched to Alltel.
