    fantastic customer service, Consistent pricing & charges, Nationwide plan is great, best plans, Family Plan, Best signals, best coverage, best price, variety of phones

Cons
    Night minutes begins at 9 PM

Alltel has the best coverage in my area and I love the "My Circle" plans. It is very rare that I have dropped calls or am in a dead area. Went in to get new phones and renew my 2 year contract last month and I was very happy with the customer service I received. I will be an Alltel customer for many years to come...
