I swithched to this company after several years of using a prepaid phone that I had "outgrown." With ten children, working nights, and becoming a single parent rather suddenly, I needed a way to keep up with everything and everybody. I enjoy having the ten that I can call for free (guess who that might be), and beign able to contact a human without a lot of effortis a wonderful thing--something that was almost impossible to do with my other service. However, having a phone that dropped 57 calls in one month (i am not exaggerating) was a bit hard to handle. Once the phone issue was finally resolved,life was much better with this particular provider. I enjoy the reliability of Alltel, and do reccommend it to others.
