Cons

dropped calls, Local store workers are NO help., I had to sign a contract, customer service mistakes, Night minutes begins at 9 PM, Several dead spots

My service is ok, course its the only service that is available here, as I live in the mountains. But customer service is low on my list. Unfriendly at times. I have been with Alltel for 6 years with no problem until I had a financial crisis. Although I paid what I could and eventually paid it off they were quick to turn it off without trying to understand or make some kind of plan to pay it off Quickly. It only took me one month later to pay it off which I was sorry it took so long as I'm not in the habit of doing things like this. I guess I would say they were not willing to work with me. And if there was another company available to me I would change. After all I was with them for 6 yrs and had 4 lines at one time.and never had any problems before.
