800 Customer Service is AWFUL

reliant on my phone, usually just making or receiving a call, appreciative of good service

The product itself is awesome, the 800 customer service itself is VERY VERY bad. We've had three back to back issues with their 800 customer service. They promised us features we didn't get in the long run (remember...it happened to us three times now) and each time they couldn't or wouldn't resolve billing issues. We were forced to pay a huge bill that was a mistake BEFORE they'd resolve it and reverse the charges. Now, the bright side. If you go into the store itself, they are very helpful and nice. They helped resolve our issues. What stinks is that they are commission only so helping me THREE seperate times took time away from them selling to other customers. But WOW!! what customer service!!
