Alltel —
In all honesty I have to first report that Alltel is the only cellular carrier I have ever used. Then let me go on to say that I have had an account with them for several years. I live in a rural area, and a common complaint for many people is dropped calls and bad reception. I only know of one small area outside of town where my phone has no reception, and my phone drops less than 1 out of 10 calls.I have also heard many friends complain of bad customer service with their cellular companies. The only complaint I have about customer service is that there have been several billing mistakes in the past. It seemed like every month there would be incorrect charges on my account. It was a hassle having to call every month and correct the mistakes. Fortunately I haven't had those problems in almost a year now.
The great packages are also a big reason why I like Alltel so much. In almost two years I haven't had a bill over $100.00. I never run out of minutes, and I don't have a lot of extra charges on my bill because of it. Also my circle allows me to call 10 people for free, no matter what cellular carrier they use. I can't tell you how much money that program saves me!
I would definitely reccomend Alltel to my family and friends because they have great service, a lot of cool products to choose from, and great prices on their package options.
