Able to make changes to plan mid-contrac, Call in Customer Service is GREAT!Honest, Family Plan, Variety of Plans, Very few phone/service issues, best price, variety of phones, Nationwide plan is great

I have had an alltel phone for many years. I currently have an old one that looks like a race car. I like it because it has the alphabet separate from the numbers, which makes it easier for me to text my husband, who is deaf. This phone has made my life easier. I have had good look with alltel. Over the years I have learned which area store to visit and which ones to stay away from. At the store I enjoy going to (Oshkosh, WI), I have been approached in a very friendly manner and had my questions/concerns addressed. At other stores in the Fox Valley region I have been brushed off, not waited on without being assertive, and generally felt as if I were intruding on the sales persons time. Occasionally, I have had good service at other locations, but that is not the norm.
