I have been an Alltel customer for several years.  I changed to Alltel after using another service that I was completely DISsatisfied with.  Alltel bills never contain any SURPRISE charges that you know nothing about.  Their service area is outstanding and generally very dependable.  All of the Alltel employees I have dealt with have been knowledgable and helpful.
