I have been an Alltel user for several years they are the only cell phone comapny i have ever used i started with them when i got my first cell phone and have stuck with them since.I have never had any problems with them but a few dropped calls.They have rewarded me for being a loyal customer several time by adding minutes to one of my phone lines.I now have four phones on my family plan and we never have any problems with the phones or the billing.I will probably stick with Alltel at least until i start to have problems with them and i don't expect that to happen anytime soon.
