Alltel Review

Alltel has gotten bill messed up and charged me for equipment I returned on the day after I got it and still made me pay for it. When I called about it they said they took the charge off my bill but they put t back on for the next bill, i GUESS THEY THOUGHT I WOULD NOT NOTICE. I called then back and they said there was no mistake and made me pay for equipment I did not even get. They have done this befor but the coustomer is not there first priarity. They just take your money any way they can. And I can not change companys becuse of a contract that cost too much to pay your way out of . And I can not even get a good conection at my home. I would not recoment themto any one.
