Alltel is fabulous.  The best part is My Circle- having 10 friends whom you speak to on a regular basis.  Although there is a minimum rate plan with My Circle, I rarely go over my minutes because I don't get charged for talking to the main people I call.  As long as they have My Circle and the price doesn't change, I'll be sticking with Alltel forever!
