This is a great little basic phone. If you are looking for all the features, this may not be the phone for you. However, for making calls and text messaging it works well. I use the phone as a prepaid. It is reliable and holds its charge. This LG model is perfect for someone who wants a phone in an emergency situation, enjoys talking or sending text messages. You also cannot beat the price. I paid $24.95.
