Long time customer.  Have had many claims (teenagers) with no problems.  We usually made money off of the claims.  We only pay $360/month for 6 cars with full coverage for a 45yr., 44yr., 25yr. and 22yr old.  We get a discount on our house insurance for carrying car insurance.  We also have boat and RV insurance through them.
