The insurance company that is there when your not at fault.

on a strict budget

Pros

friendly agents, Discounts for a good driving record., discounts for multi-coverage, multi policy discounts

Cons

Unconcerned with problem with them., Don't answer phones., Commercials Are Annoying, high rate increases with claims, Bills aren't always mailed out on time, Reimbursements take several weeks

I have been with Allstate for about 6 years. I am like most and pay the insurance premiums in hopes that I will never need them. Recently I moved to a new state and had numerous problems. Including problems getting my policy updated. Even had them turn me in after I cancelled my renters insurance for lack of payment. Then about 3 monhes ago I was rearended and all of a sudden they are not onlyunderstanding ad concerned, they are downright helpful. They are fortunately there NOW. But where were they when it was them messing with me.
