We switched from another insurance over 6 years ago and have seen better rates, no hassles and gotten friendly reminders to review our policies over the years.  We haven't had any accidents but when a rock hit our windshield they were called and it was taken care of promptly and with no hassles.  The cost has remainded low and our satisfaction is high.  We had Farmers previously and saw drastic increases in premiums every 6 months with no accidents.  When we called around Allstate was the best price for the same or better coverage.  Our agent has been great and is always on top of things.
