My wife and I have been with Allstate insurance for over 5 years & have always been treated well. Our local agent knows us by name and contacts us throughout the year to see if we need anything. Recently I called my agent to ask a question about my auto policy and she informed me that we were eligible for a new policy with lower rates and as well as deductable allowance. A new feature that we earn "loyalty" credit over the years ($100 a year, up to $500). That money would be used as a credit toward any deductable payment.
