I've been generally happy with them, but never filed a claim. My agent talked me into a more expensive "gold" policy that would supposedly offer cash back every six months, with the arguement that I'd be pying the same amount as the "platinum" policy in six months. I said sure, but six months later, my premium conveniently increased (no accidents or anything) by an amount that almost exactly cancelled out the cash back...
