Allstate — 

Although our rates are much higher than anyone else we know, I can't fault Alltate for their service. I had an accident a couple of years ago and got charged (whether I think I was at fault is another story!). The accident happened at about 7:30 a.m., my husband called the agent's office shortly after 8 and by 10 they were calling me to give me the rental car claim number and wanting to know if I was ready to pick up the rental. They assessed the damages and paid the claim without delay or problem. So, I'm not thrilled with the rates, but the service is good...I guess that's worth paying a few dollars more for.
