my husbanfd and i have had good driving records , no accidents and been with allstate for at least 15 years  at times i would inquire why our rates dont go down , i time they stated it was because we lapsed in payment by a few days, well recently i acquired again and told them blantantly if my rates arent better with our driving record im going elsewhere, low and behold my insurance went down 300 dollars and thats with that accident protection plus too.so im  not too happy with this company because if you dont truly squawk they will just keep on taking your money, they are not looking out 4 you .
