I don't feel like Allstate gives you good, honest service for your money. My premiums continue to increase and customer service decreases. My agent flat-out lied and Allstate did nothing. I switched agents and found out that since my other agent "wrote" the policy --- a policy that was already in place out-of-state (he cancelled and rewrote), the lying agent still gets his commission off my policy. I would no longer recommend Allstate to anyone. I have been a loyal customer of Allstates for 6 years, but no more!
