Gets the job done but maybe not with the first phone call

After 16 years of service my husband and I finally needed our insurence company (we were involved in an accident). They have since paid our claim and we are now taken care of but this was just last week and the accident was before Halloween. Each time we have called for something we have had to call and speak with several people before the matter was taken care of but it was eventually done.
