    Discounts for a good driving record., multi policy discounts, discounts for multi-coverage, covered car and home

I've had a pleasant relationship with my Allstate rep for the last 5 years. I have not had to file a claim, so I can not rate them for their service on that aspect.
My only problem with them, I have to ask for the discounts. An active agent should suggest them - I should not have to bring up the facts in the commercials for my agent to act.

I did use them years ago, and did file claims with them. It was quick, easy, and painless. In fact, one claim I had was the fault of an uninsured motorist - Allstate took them to court and got me my money. I received checks from that settlement for 2 years, without me having to do anything besides the initial phone call to report the accident.
