Allstate Review

I have been with Allstate since I got insurance on my own. The initial reason I went with them was because they were the cheapest. At 18, that was my main concern. Over the years my concerns have changed and they have helped me with all of them. Since then I have added and changes homes and vehicles. We have had a couple of claims throughout the years but nothing major or too frequent. I have also checked from time to time to make sure we are still paying competitive rates, and we are! One of the things I have always been impressed with is my agent. Anytime I call he helps me right away or if I have to leave a message he calls back right away. But the one thing I was most impressed with this last year was his call he made to me. (Our part of the country had been being hit pretty hard with thunderstorms and tornadoes) He called to see if there was anything we needed to report at this time and even suggested that we have a claims adjuster come out to take a look at the property. I was very impressed with this. I think for them to call you and make sure everything was okay was very impressive. I am sure they do not want to be filing claims, but he called to check and make sure that we didn't have any damage.
