Allstate has been wonderful. The agent calls when it's time to renew my policy to make sure I don't have any questions. For every renewal, I get a great decrease in my deductible for lack of accidents. I get discounts for all sorts of other items, and I pay much less than I was quoted for any other company. They even have an online community whereby they ask both customers and non-customers what they like about their insurance, what they would change, things they'd like to have offered, etc. They really offer a chance for feedback, which I find of the utmost importance. I used to have State Farm, and while I liked their hands-off approach, they charged me much much more than I'm paying at Allstate. Three thumbs up!
