I never had a problem with Allstate

on a strict budget
Pros

    covered car and home, friendly agents, reasonable rates, Discounts for a good driving record., competative costs, discounts for multi-coverage, multi policy discounts

I have been with Allstate since May 2000. I filed two claims, never had any problems.The checks were processed quickly. The customer service at the local office and the nationwide office has been very good. I can pay bill online without any hassle. I can change parts of my policy online. Great Service.
