Hello, I was with all stay for a few years. I had left my current insurance company because of poor customer service. I was with a company that had a local office. I was paying what I thought was a good deal. I also needed to renew my home owners insurance. So I called several times requesting info about adding home owners to my account. Several calls and the owner did not return my call. So I called around. I saw an add for AllState so I called them. The agent was wonderful, and so was his staff. Everything was done over the phone or email. My car insurance was cut in half. It was 50 percent cheaper. The friendliness of the staff was also a plus. I give then a five star. I do not know if every All State insurance agency is this wonderful, but I do know the one I went through out of town was the best. I would recomend AllState above all other insurance agencies. Even though we never met in person, all of the staff treated me like a friend.
