Just don't expect help when you are in an accident.

Allstate — 

I was in an accident where I was not at falt, I turned it into allstate to take care, come to find out the responsible party that we did not think had insurance did indeed have insurance, however it was not allstate that contacted his insurance company to get things worked out, it was ME. Then I was assigned a claims person who was taking care of my claim, I tried over a dozen times to get ahold of her to let her know what I had been doing and get the progress with no luck. Only once did I ever speak with this person. I had a better customer relations with the other drivers ins. company than my own. needless to say I am searching for a new company right now
