Pros

    friendly agents, reasonable rates, multi policy discounts, discounts for multi-coverage, covered car and home

Cons
    cares only for profit not the customer, Unconcerned with problem with them.

They are OK, now if you asked me 2 months ago what I thought about them I would have raved.  I experienced a collision with a deer 1.5 months ago and I basically had to become indignant with the adjustor to get him to pay for some of the damage.  On top of that the day my car was "finished" it stopped running.  They questioned if it was related to the recent repairs made or if was just something that I did.  I have a 2006 vehicle and it shouldn't just stop working after a collision. Ultimately they did authorize the repair as it was deemed related to the collision, however when they initially agreed to fix my windshield wipers which were stuck in the up position and the radio in my car because a CD I was playing during the accident is permanently stuck in it.  They deemed both of these not related to the accident. To make matters worse, my car was released with the windshield wipers stuck in a 2-3 oclock position obstructing my view.  If this is what Allstate deems "safe driving" I no longer want any part of them.  I am now insurance shopping.  After 11 years "Allstate you have lost a good customer"
