Allstate — 

I have never had a problem with Allstate.  They repair your car quickly and the process is very easy.  My only reason for only giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because "Great Customer Service comes with a high price tag".  Over the years I have considered switching to a different company because my rates are so high but I don't want to give up the customer service.
