I've had great service from my Allstate agent for eleven years now and will probably never consider switching.  I like that Allstate is not a fly-by-night company that would leave me hanging and is always quick to process any claim I might have.  I find Allstate easy to work with which is why my cars and home are covered by them.  Some people may think it's more expensive than other companies, but they're probably high-risk folks in the first place!
