rip off prices with poor coverage. give you big run around for extended length of time if you have a claim. my car was totaled & they did not want to pay!! terrible dealings with the people on the phone as well. people at my local office were always nice but the rates were crazy & i had no points or accidents until the car totaled (which was not even my fault)
