Most HelpfulWhat works for one person, may not necessarily work for another. I am a fine example of that! A girl I work with was taking Alli diet pills and raved about how great they worked. Although I couldn't see a bit of difference in her weight, she insisted she had lost a total of fifteen pounds in a...
read full review »So there I was complaining once again to any one who would listen about the trouble I'm having losing weight. (Ok all of you under 50 who say it will never happen to you - just wait!) This time I was complaining to my Primary Care Physician who much to my amazement said that there was a new product on the market called Ally (He didn't know how to spell it since it's Alli.) I was shocked that
1. He recommended a diet pill.
2. It was over the counter and he said it was safe. Actually he said it was what Xenical was but at 1/2 the dose. Just a note that if I could have gotten a prescription...

When I first heard about Alli I was skeptical. I have tried alot of diet pills and had no results. Now to be fair I will say this, I love working out and eating right but sometimes I am not into doing both at the same time:-) I do not go overboard with junk food. I can watch what I eat, but I was never able to see results that these companies said would happen.
Ok, so I finally bought Alli at Sam's Club. I paid less then $67 for 150 pills. At other stores I would have paid just under $50...
read full review »I have taken Alli for 2 months and can tell you that this stuff really does work. I will add that I am not eating high fat foods or junk foods either. You have to eat better in order to lose weight in addition to taking Alli for additional weight loss. If you are looking for one of those magic, burns off fat, while you sleep pills Alli is not for you. However, If you are looking for something that will enhance a well balanced diet and help you lose weight quicker than you normally do then Alli is probably the right thing for you.
Now I am no scientist but who needs a bunch of science "speak" telling...
read full review »I started taking alli about 8 months ago. At my age of 56, and taking a couple of medications that are known for causing weight gain, I had been at a weight that was undesirable by even my standards. I just could not lose no matter how hard I tried. Even doing exercises regularly did not help. I started taking alli sometime in June of 2007. The first few days I had what they called episodes but I knew it was because of all the fat already in my system. Once that was over I followed the alli plan and I have lost 24 lbs so far. That does not sound like a lot to some people but it has been like...
read full review »Alli is the latest buzz in the weight loss industry. It is a diet pill coming out this summer that is FDA approved (the first ever!) and it is available over-the-counter.
What is Alli?
Alli is a new weight loss drug that is made by GlaxoSmithKline. It is half the dose of Xenical and it is especially a fat blocker. It carried a quarter of the fat you eat through your body without allowing it to be absorbed or stored. This cuts down on your fat and caloric intake.
What About Diet and Exercise?
Alli only works if you follow a healthy diet and keep up on your exercise regimen. You have to be committed...
read full review »Alli Diet pills - this product did nog work at all. I purchased it at walmart and found out that after a 2 weeks, this product was not helping loose weight at all. I had no accidents as it indicates you might have. I did not feel any thing unusual, but did not feel good either. It is FDA approved, but I think this product should only be used if you have a lot of weight to loose. I only needed to loose about 15 pounds. It was a little pricer than other products. There was a website that I also joined to further help with using the product and followed the suggestions listed on the...
read full review »Almost a month ago, I started taking Alli. I had done all the research, read up on all the side effects and weighed the pros and cons of taking a "diet pill" to loose weight.
Like most, I have tried everything to loose weight with little to NO success. I was at my lowest of lows in self confidence and my highest of highs in weight- 220 pounds. I started on a Monday and almost 4 weeks later I am just 3 pounds shy of my 1st 20 pound goal of weight loss. Thanks to Alli and support from my family and MyAlli.com group.
Side affects: 1 episode after eating 3 slices of pizza. OOPS! Way over the 15 grams...
