I bought Alli to see if it truly works. I have not exercised lately or eaten well until I took Alli. It is a bit of a nusience at work, running to the bathroom hoping no one is in there, however, it makes me feel like I am ridding the bad stuff out of my body.

I went out and bought the Alli product to try as I had taken the original product through a prescription from the doctor. I did lose a few lbs. But it is just like the prescription version and actually cost more since I had to buy it off the counter and not use my prescription card. If you read the side effects you will know what I am talking about. Yes, gas, this product is terrible for giving you gas and I didn't know at the time I started taking the prescription form, that it was "wet flagulants) so needless to say I ruined several pair of slacks. But you can actually see the fat in your toilet when using this. And that's what you seen in your pants with the gas you get using this Alli. My sister still uses it and has lost a lot of weight and she says "that" problem eventually stops. I didn't wait to find out. This is the only diet product that has ever worked for me. You have to follow it correctly and you have to watch what you eat,but all and all,it was a very easy diet to follow.

This may work but I could never use it long enough to find out for sure. The sudden urge to use the restroom made me way too worried about accidents to want to use it regularly. I mean really, when I am at a work meeting I cannot have side effects like that!

I have tried this product for 3 months and I have had more adverse side effects then positive results. I havent lost very much weight but I do see a difference in the fat absorbtion. In fact more difference than I wished to experience. I do not believe I would recommend this to very many people.

Almost a month ago, I started taking Alli. I had done all the research, read up on all the side effects and weighed the pros and cons of taking a "diet pill" to loose weight.

Like most, I have tried everything to loose weight with little to NO success. I was at my lowest of lows in self confidence and my highest of highs in weight- 220 pounds. I started on a Monday and almost 4 weeks later I am just 3 pounds shy of my 1st 20 pound goal of weight loss. Thanks to Alli and support from my family and MyAlli.com group.

Side affects: 1 episode after eating 3 slices of pizza. OOPS! Way over the 15 grams of fat per meal. So I learned a lesson. I'm making smarter, healthier choices and I'm sticking to a low-fat, low-calorie meal plan. Just as directed.

It's slow, it's not easy, but thanks to Alli... it is a miracle to me seeing the scale go down, not up, as well as to have my clothes getting loose and my rings fit on my fingers again. One last thing: I wish it weren't so expensive.

I loved Alli when I first started taking them - thought they were heaven sent. After my second bottle, nothing...!!!! I was working out, eating healthy and just nothing at all. I stopped taking them for 30 days to see if this may help. I did start loosing some weight continuing on my plan of healthy eating and excersice. Once I started back on Alli, again nothing. I guess my bottom just started rejected the benefits of the pill. I have stopped taking them completely.

Recently heard about some side affects of this pill - "Complications of the Liver" I guess we all need to do some more research.

I used Alli for about a year and in that time I lost a total of 56 pounds. It was a total life change from the way you eat to exercise. There were a few side effects that were not very pleasant and if you ate more than the recommended amount of fat..... you paid for it, dearly. It helps to get rid of the extra fat you eat, but some of the side effects may not be worth all the trouble. I guess it would depend on how dedicated you are.

Even though the side effects scares people off; Ali really works. It basically gives you step by step instructions on how to lose weight. In 6 months time; I myself lost a total of 45 pounds and I have kept it off for over a year. It's still hard to believe that I lost all the weight but when I put on size 4 clothes compared to size 12; it then becomes reality. If you are willing to stay within your guidelines; you will not have problems with the side effects. I also love the fact you have online help at your fingertips all the time, Not to mention the support network and you can track your progress.

If you are ready to make the choice to lose weight but don't know how; Ali is the way to go.

I used alli for a long time with no results. i thought at first that it was going to help me lose weight without having to eat all the boring diet foods that taste like cardboard. But I did not lose any weight. it makes you use the bathroom but thats about it so if your are stopped up and cant use the bathroom then this product is great but if you want to lose weight then this isn't the right thing. It is expensive and a waste of money. i think you would get more results just eating a salad everyday instead of buying this and you would probably save money. I am tired of companys lieing to get your money saying what a great product it is and when you go by it isn't any good and wont help do what they say it will. And they say it will work or your money back and that isnt true either cause they will make up some lame excuse where they dont have to live up to there promise. so in all this product is not any good and my advice is not to waste your money on it!

Alli works but you must use caution when comsuming greasy or fatty foods. You could have greasy stools. Which can include diarrhea type stools.

Alli really helped me lose weight.

Alli is a great product to help you lose weight, but you must follow the plan.

There are side effects, but then again there is side effects to everything these days, you must be willing to change your eating habits. A pill before every meal, easy,watch your fat intake, not so easy, but worth it in the long run.

I lost 40 lbs in 6 months, would probably of been more but as always I cheated a little, you know that I've been good so lets get a little treat action, but really if you follow their plan you can lose the weight.

I never had any severe side effects, a little gas, that was about it for me and those were when I cheated. Overall this product did what all the other diet pills never did IT WORKED.
