I have tried several different diet pill to loose my baby fat since giving birth to my son two years ago. I never saw any results from the previous pills. I tried my first bottle of Alli and saw results the first week. It is worth the money. There are side effects when you eat to much fat in your food. The Alli website gives you a program set to your specific needs and will tell you how many calories that you should eat at each meal and your fat intake for the meal. Most side effects come from to much fat at your meal. The program will help you learn what foods are helpful for you to loose the weight and to maintain it.
