great in the beginning

changing my lifestyle to lose weight, a busy person, A frequent snacker, a pet owner
Pros

    Absorbs some dietary fat, great jump start to weight loss, No prescription needed

Cons
    Be close to a bathroom, Cannot take product forever, Causes unwanted side effects

I started taking this product after many people i knew were taking it.  Yes, i did know that i needed to be careful not to eat fatty foods while taking it.  i knew it would make me need to go to the rest room if i did eat too much fat.  Guess what?  i did it anyway and i would pay the price.  it almost scared me into not eating bad foods, more than the pills actually worked.  either way i think it did some good, it helped me start a diet plan, i didnt use all the pills and i am doing better now that i would have if i didnt take them at all.
